Therapy for individuals and Couples

In-person sessions in Asheville and online across North Carolina for clients of all genders and identities.

Some of my clients feel overwhelmed in their relationships, caught in the same arguments, distance, or uncertainty. Others struggle with anxiety, self-doubt, or the emotional weight that they have been carrying for a long time. Many are learning, often for the first time, how to honor their own needs without guilt.

Whether you're working to improve your relationship, understand how your past still shows up, or navigate life's uncertainties, I help people build stronger, more trusting connections and feel more at ease being yourself.

Ready to feel more understood, connected, and supported? Reach out and schedule a session.

Supporting You On Your Journey

Hello, I’m Kristin. My practice, Kindred With Kristin, located in Arden, focuses on nurturing the deep connections that sustain us, with both in-person and online sessions.

I offer a safe, supportive space to slow down, make sense of what's happening, and build connections that feel more secure. Together, we'll explore the patterns that keep you stuck and find new ways to relate to yourself and the people you care about.

I’m especially passionate about supporting women, queer individuals, and couples, as well as anyone who wants to feel more secure in themselves and in their relationships. Therapy can help you feel more grounded, clear, and connected so you’re not doing it all alone anymore.
