Therapy for individuals and Couples

In-person sessions in Asheville and online across North Carolina for clients of all genders and identities.

Some of my clients feel overwhelmed in their relationships, caught in the same arguments, or frustrated by distance and uncertainty. Others struggle with anxiety, self-doubt, or the emotional weight that they have been carrying for a long time. Many are learning, often for the first time, how to honor their own needs without guilt.

Whether you're working to improve your relationship, to understand your past and how it affects the present, or navigate life's uncertainties, I help clients build stronger, more trusting connections and to feel more at ease being themselves.

Supporting You On Your Journey

Hello, I’m Kristin. My practice, Kindred With Kristin, located in Arden, focuses on nurturing the deep connections that sustain us, with both in-person and online sessions.

I offer a safe, supportive space to slow down, make sense of what's happening, and build connections that feel more secure. Together, we'll explore the patterns that keep you stuck and find new ways to relate to yourself and the people you care about.

While I welcome anyone who may wish to feel more secure about themselves and their relationships, I’m especially passionate about supporting women, those who identify as queer, and couples. Therapy can help you feel more grounded, clear, and connected so you’re not doing it all alone anymore.
