I work with couples using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help couples of all sexual orientations and life stages build healthier relationships with themselves and each other. I work with couples who feel exhausted, stuck, or unsure how to move forward, and I’m here to guide you through this challenging or confusing chapter in your relationship.
