Individual Therapy
Support for Anxiety, Self-Doubt, and Relationship Stress
Many of the women and LGBTQIA+ adults I work with are used to taking care of everyone else first. Over time, it can become hard to hear your own needs. You might struggle to say no, feel stretched thin in your relationships, or carry a steady sense of emotional overwhelm while trying to keep everything together.

Life transitions, like changes in identity, relationships, family roles, or direction, can leave you feeling unsteady or unsure of who you are becoming. Relationship stress or painful past experiences may still influence how safe, connected, or valued you feel today. When this happens, it’s easy to question yourself or lose touch with what you truly want.
You don't have to fiGure this all out alone
IÂ work predominantly with women and LGBTQ+ clients who want to feel more grounded, build healthier boundaries, and reconnect with their sense of self-worth. Together, we slow things down and gently explore what feels overwhelming or stuck, helping you understand patterns in your relationships and respond with more clarity and confidence.

This work isn’t about fixing you. It’s about learning to treat yourself with compassion, caring for your emotional well-being, and making choices that feel aligned with who you are.
